Random Drug Tests

Oh now this is just bizarre.  Evidently the Ohio Renaissance Festival wants to clean up their employment process.  You might recall we pointed out how illegal it is not to pay minimum wage to employees.  Maybe this document existed previously and I didn’t catch it.  I can’t really be sure.  Of what I can be sure is drug testing summer help is just a wee bit over the top.

“…I am willing to submit to drug testing to detect the use of illegal drugs prior to and during employment.”

Come on guys, its not like these folk will be driving school busses or placed in charge of national security matters.  Lighten up.
