Dan Roth: More lies
Now let’s be perfectly clear. I am not saying “I think Dan Roth is a liar”. I am saying Dan Roth –IS- a liar. This is not an opinion, it is a fact. If it were not, he could now sue me for the statement. Of course he won’t because it is true and truth is an affirmative defense for slander, liable, and deformation of character.

2009 Preseason Thoughts
I think I have rather clearly demonstrated that Peter Carroll unjustly deprived me of my property and good reputation. It has become rather clear that each and every allegation made by Marietta Marcin was false. Dan Roth, who replaced her at the event, indicated rather clearly that she was fired as a result of my making these matters clear. And yet, I remain without an apology and without proper compensation.
